Description:
Responsibilities include management of incoming phone calls, screening and greeting incoming visitors, mail collection and distribution, meeting scheduling and planning, scheduling travel arrangements, maintaining office supplies, and light filing. Cross-departmental work may include editing, and maintaining electronic reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes. Other tasks may include preparing and tracking expense reports, purchase requests, daily news report compilation, and vendor contact and management, depending on the various departmental needs.

Skills Required:
The candidate should have 1 year of administrative experience, and be an independent self-starter with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects. Proficiency in desktop applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet navigation skills, as well as possess an aptitude for quickly learning other software applications. The ideal candidate should be flexible and have the ability to handle multiple tasks, organize priorities, and work independently in an environment of short deadlines with ongoing interruptions. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Friendly front desk presence and a good personality is key.
