Xert Communications Achieves SOC 2 Type I Certification

01.07.2025 - Xert Communications, a leader in enterprise customer communications and marketing automation software and solutions, today announced that it has successfully achieved SOC 2 Type I certification in accordance with American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) standards for SOC for Service Organizations also known as SSAE 18. Achieving this standard with an unqualified opinion serves as third-party industry validation that Xert provides enterprise-level security for customer data secured in the Xert Communications Platform.

Xert Communications was audited by Prescient Assurance , a leader in security and compliance attestation for B2B, SAAS companies worldwide. Prescient Assurance is a registered public accounting in the US and Canada and provides risk management and assurance services including SOC 2, PCI, ISO, NIST, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and CSA STAR.

SOC 2, developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), is a widely recognized standard for managing customer data based on five "trust service criteria": security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. The Type I certification confirms that Xert has implemented effective controls to meet these criteria as of a specific date.
