AARP Selects Xert Precision Suite

01.07.2003 - Alexandria, VA, January 7, 2003 - Xert Communications, a leader in interactive communications software today announced that AARP, the American Association of Retired Persons, has licensed Xert’s Precision suite, including Xert’s Contact Management and Sales Force applications. The Xert Precision suite will manage AARP’s permission based email communications programs including their email newsletters available to both AARP members and the general public.

The integration of Xert’s Sales Force and Contact Manager applications with AARP’s internal membership management and other enterprise systems will provide an automated, full-cycle system for communications with their members.

“I’m very pleased to begin this multi-phase engagement with AARP,” said Steve Bowes, Director of Client Development at Xert Communications. “The fact that customers the size and breadth of AARP recognize the value in Xert's enterprise software applications is an important step forward in our long-term goal of providing value to organizations of all sizes.”

One of the powerful features of the Xert Precision suite software is its 100% web-based architecture, enabling extremely fast and direct deployment across the enterprise, while tightly integrating with multiple back-office systems. Integrating with internal membership applications and security systems were key factors in AARP’s decision to deploy the Xert system.

Xert won an intensive competition against some of the industry’s best known players due to the Precision suite’s powerful and extensible platform, its detailed performance analytics, ease of use and integration capabilities.

Xert’s Precision suite software is a powerful application set consisting of interconnected modules for enterprise contact/list management and permission-driven email-based communications. The Xert Precision suite delivers quantifiable near-immediate return on investment by driving revenue and cutting operating costs.
